Shipping & Delivery

Local deliveries of large pieces of furniture or artworks are arranged using Zachloe Lifestyles own delivery service or through an independent contractor. Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase.

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use Australia Post (registered) or Star Track for smaller items. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. Please note that orders placed after 12pm Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from Zachloe Lifestyle, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue. 

Returns & Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

When sending returned items to Zachloe Lifestyle we advise you use registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange Zachloe Lifestyle reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may exchange it within 1 week of purchase. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to Zachloe Lifestyle for exchange must be intact and in saleable condition.

Click and Collect

Click & Collect allows you to purchase online and pick up your item/s from our store. If you make your purchase before 3pm your item may be available for collection when we open the following day. Depending on the size of your order and the time it is placed, it may be ready for pick up on the same day. We will contact you either by phone or email to confirm when your order is ready to be picked up.

To use Click & Collect, add the products to your shopping cart and make sure you select ‘Click & Collect’ when checking out.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order.

All Click & Collect orders can be collected from our store at 145 Cecil Street South Melbourne 3205 VIC.

When collecting your order please make sure that you bring the following:

• Valid photo ID# and

• Your order number

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require you to contact us with your approval or concent to release your order.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 21 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 21 days we will contact you to remind you to collect your order. If the order is not collected within 7 days a 25% holding fee will apply.

You can modify your Click & Collect order at any time by contacting us on 0419137799 or by email at sales@zachloe.com.au On rare occasions items may be discovered damaged or missing after an order has been placed. If this occurs we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item.

Terms and Conditions

Zachloe Lifestyle accepts payment by credit card or Paypal, using the secure services of Paypal. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST.

After you have selected the item or items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout where you will be invited either to checkout as a guest, register your details or log in if you have registered your details previously. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your invoice and confirmation of your order.

While Zachloe Lifestyle strives to keep our website accurate and up to date, it may contain errors, inaccuracies or may not be current at the time of viewing.

Zachloe Lifestyle does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the Zachloe Lifestyle website. Many of the items available at Zachloe Lifestyle are handmade and may have minor imperfections which are an unavoidable consequence of their handmade nature.
